Disappointed With Customer Support

I ordered the QWinOut-3590 propellers and received the 1255 size by mistake. I emailed QWinOut immediately upon receiving the item, politely requesting an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. Now I’m being asked to leave a review, which is frustrating considering my issue remains unresolved. The product is good and looks fine , but the lack of response from customer support has been disappointing. I hope QWinOut improves their communication and support in the future.
